are seeking venture capital and where your business can meet the majority
of the following criteria then we’d like to hear from
you:
- Located within Australia;
- Potential for solid growth;
- Has a positive operating cash flow;
- Has a trading history in excess
of 2 years;
- Focused with a well defined business plan;
- Business model is easily
communicated and understood;
- Revenue model is or may be of an annuity / recurring
style;
- Enthusiastic and committed management team / operators.

of the business / opportunity
